"Man that sand sure tickles my nose"

There is no better way than naked on the Beach!

Chandler Family Beach Trip

After a few months away from each other, Brooks and the beach got the opportunity to renew their love affair. All of the Chandlers went to North Myrtle for a week of fun in the sun (and sand, and pool). Brooks crawled fearlessly into the waves, and tried not so successfully to walk on the shifting sand. There will be a few more post from this trip once I get Aunt Brittany's pictures to share.

Watching the big boys play

Brooks loves to stare out the window, any window, at anything. In this case, he was watching the "big boys" ride their bikes around our cul-de-sac.

"Mommy please let me go out and play with them."
Brooks also loves to play under/in the end table. He uses it as a fort and a tunnel to escape when Mom blocks off the other exits from the family room.

Go Dawgs!

We had some friends up for the first UGA game of the season. Everybody (five babies included) was all decked out in their red and black.

Brooks cheered so loudly!
Chad & Caleb, Justin & Brooks, Andy & Luke, and Clint & Mattie (Micah & MJ had already left for another get together).
The Chandler Boys

Brooks pooped out at the end of the night on Uncle Chad's chest.

Brooks walking

These days Brooks is doing a lot of solo walking. I think his longest distance clocked is currently about 20 feet. Before he ventured out on his own, Brooks did A LOT of assisted walking (just ask Mommy and Daddy's backs).
Here Brooks enjoys a neighborhood stroll with Grandma Eileen and Granddad.
Brooks loved learning to walk with the push toy Grandma Sarah got him.

Brooks learns to crawl

Here is a video of when Brooks first learned to crawl. Of course, now he has mastered it and is all over the place.

Windy Gap

We were at Windy Gap (a Young Life camp) for a month this summer. These a a few pics from the Ramp Festival at camp. While we were there that month, Brooks learned to crawl and pull up. Clearly he was so proud of himself.

Our New House

Here is a pic of our new house. We moved in back in August, and I am finally catching up on our blog.
